Voting Rights and Capital Transparency Directive

Kingspan Group plc would like to notify the market of the following changes to the capital of the Company as at 31 March 2025:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 184,596,642 ordinary shares of €0.13 each. The Company holds 2,542,045 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 182,054,597.

The above figure 182,054,597 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Kingspan Group plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
