NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF NOMINATION PROPOSAL FOR THE INTEGRATION OF THE BOARD OF AUDITORS: APPOINTMENT OF ONE STANDING AUDITOR AND APPOINTMENT OF ONE ALTERNATE AUDITOR
Rome, 18 April 2025 - With reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of La SIA S.p.A. ("La SIA" or the "Company"), a company active in the engineering & design sector, whose shares are traded on Euronext Growth Milan, convened for April 24, 2025 at 11.00 am, at the Gianni & Origoni Law Firm, in Rome (RM), via delle Quattro Fontane, no. 20, on first call and, if necessary, on second call on April 28, 2025, at the same place and time, to deliberate, inter alia, on the integration of the Board of Statutory Auditors, referred to in the third item on the agenda, the Company announces that the shareholder CSE Holding S.r.l., owner of 28.24% of the Company's share capital, has proposed the following to the Shareholders' Meeting: (i) regarding the appointment of a Standing Auditor to confirm Dr. Concetta Loprete; (ii) regarding the appointment of an Alternate Auditor to appoint Dr. Andrea Fiorini.
