Milan, 16th April 2025 – We hereby notify that, according to art.85-bis, par. 4-bis, Consob Issuer's Regulation and art. 83-sexies, par. 2, Legislative Decree no. 58 /1998, the composition of the share capital (fully subscribed and paid up) is unchanged from what already published on 8th January 2025.

Therefore, it is reported that, as of 15th April 2025 (record date for the Shareholders' meeting of 28th April 2025), the total amount of voting rights is equal to 1,398,685,597.

It should be noted that the share capital is equal to Euro 420,000,000 and is made up of no. 916,059,948 ordinary shares with no par value.
