The annual general meeting of Andfjord Salmon AS will be held on 29 April 2025

at the company's offices on Kvalnes, Andøya at 12:00 (Norwegian time).

Norwegian). The notice will be sent to all registered shareholders on 15 April

reference number, which are sent out with the notice, will be needed.

Shareholders that have received the notice electronically will not receive and
