Firenze, April 15th, 2025 – El.En. SpA, leader on the laser market listed on the Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR") of the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby gives notice to its Shareholders that the proxy/sub-proxy form to the Appointed Representative pursuant to Article 135-undecies.1 TUF has been published today on the Company's website www.elengroup.com section Governance/Documents of the Shareholders' meeting/2025/ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meeting April 29th, 2025 – May 6th, 2025, at Borsa Italiana s.p.a, (eMarket SDIR) and a copy of this document is now available at the Company's registered office and on the authorized storage website .
