Bologna, April 14, 2025. BolognaFiere S.p.A. announces that, about the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened for April 29, 2025, on first call – and, if necessary, on second call for April 30, 2025 – the following documents are available to the public as of today at the Company's registered office (where Shareholders and those entitled to vote may obtain a copy), on the Company's website www.bolognafiere.it under the sections Governance/Shareholders' Meeting and Investor Relations/Financial Reports, as well as on Borsa Italiana's website www.borsaitaliana.it under Shares/Documents:

• the notice of call (in full and in summary form);
• the Explanatory Report of the Board of Directors on the items on the Shareholders' Meeting agenda;
• the proxy form for participation in the Shareholders' Meeting;
• The Annual Financial Report for the year ended December 31, 2024, which includes the Draft Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2024, the Management Report, the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors, and the Report of the Independent Auditors.

Any additional documentation will be provided according to the procedures and within the time limits established by current laws and regulations.
