PUBBLICAZIONE AVVISO DI CONVOCAZIONE ASSEMBLEA ORDINARIA E DEPOSITO DELLA DOCUMENTAZIONE

Carrara, 14 aprile 2025 – Franchi Umberto Marmi S.p.A., quotata su Euronext Growth Milan, rende noto che in data odierna è stata convocata l'Assemblea ordinaria degli azionisti per il giorno 29 aprile 2025, alle ore 16:00 in prima convocazione, e occorrendo per il giorno 30 aprile 2025, alle stessa ora, in seconda convocazione.

L'avviso di convocazione è stato pubblicato, per estratto, sul quotidiano "Italia Oggi" del 14 aprile 2025, sul sito internet della Società www.fum.it (Sezione Corporate Governance/Assemblee), nonché all'indirizzo www.borsaitaliana.it (sezione Azioni/Documenti).

Si rende noto che dalla data odierna sono altresì a disposizione del pubblico sul sito internet della Società www.fum.it (Sezione Corporate Governance/Assemblee) (i) i moduli per il conferimento della delega al rappresentante designato; (ii) la relazione illustrativa del Consiglio di Amministrazione sui punti all'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea; (iii) il fascicolo di bilancio al 31 dicembre 2024 comprensivo della documentazione accessoria.

PUBLICATION OF THE NOTICE OF CALL OF THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING AND FILING OF DOCUMENTATION

Carrara, April 14, 2025 – Franchi Umberto Marmi S.p.A., listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announces that today the ordinary shareholders' meeting has been convened for April 29, 2025, at 4.00 pm on first call, and if necessary for April 30, 2025, at the same time, on second call.

A summary of the notice of call was published in the newspaper "Italia Oggi" on April 14, 2025, in the Company's website www.fum.it/en (Corporate Governance/Meetings), as well on the website www.borsaitaliana.it/homepage/homepage.en.htm (Stocks/Documents).

Please note that from today the (i) forms for the attribution of proxies to the designated representative; (ii) the explanatory report of the Board of Directors on the items on the agenda of the Meeting; (iii) the financial report as of December 31, 2024 including ancillary documentation are also available to the public on the Company's website www.fum.it/en (Corporate Governance/Meetings)
