ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR THE YEAR 2025

BITROS HOLDING SA, in the context of regulatory obligations to inform the investing community and in accordance with article 4.1.1 (2) of Regulation and Resolution 25 of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, announces the Financial Calendar for the Year 2025, as follows:

o Publication of the Annual Financial Report for the Group and the Company for the fiscal year 2024 on the websites of the Company (www.bitros.gr) and the Athens Stock Exchange Group (www.athexgroup.gr):

Tuesday, April 29, 2025 (after the close of the ASE trading day).

o Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company: Friday, June 27, 2025, at 14:00.

The Board of Directors of the Company intends to propose to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders not to distribute a dividend for the fiscal year 2024.

o Publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the Group and the Company for the fiscal year 2025 on the websites of the Company and the Athens Stock Exchange Group: Tuesday, September 30, 2025 (indicative date).

If any of the above dates are modified, the Company will inform the investing community in time.
