Information about proposed new board members

New Board Member Dora Brink Clausen

Dora Brink Clausen has worked for the last 3 years as a professional board member, investor and advisor.

She holds positions in non-listed companies within deep tech innovation, professional networking and humanitarian organizations (NGO within Disability organizations). Dora is an active board member in Technical University of Denmark (DTU) Science Park A/S, 360 A/S and Lev.

Dora has for many years worked as a CFO in different industries. Until March 2022, Dora was the CFO of the listed company Karnov Group AB. Karnov is a SaaS company, operating the legal information services sector, and Dora had the responsibility for finance, CISO and Investor relationships. During the 8 years as CFO in Karnov, Dora was active in more than10 acquisitions and was also heavily involved when Karnov Group successfully was listed in 2019. Before Karnov, Dora was CFO in other industries, such as facility service and the production industry.

New Board Member John Cresson

John Cresson is a principal at Long Path Partners, a long-term investment firm that makes concentrated bets in high quality companies. Long Path is the largest shareholder in Omda.

At Long Path, John has led investments across software, healthcare, and business service companies. He is actively involved in the firm's investments in ECIT, a Norwegian accounting and IT services firm, where he serves on the board, and Finland-based Basware, a global provider of accounts payable automation software.

John holds a B.B.A from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to Long Path, he worked in investment banking at PJT Partners.
