Corporate Events Calendar Update

Cagliari, April 10, 2025

Tessellis S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Tessellis"), informs that the Board of Directors, which met today, has resolved to postpone the approval of the draft financial statements as of 31 December 2024, with respect to the meeting already scheduled for 29 April, availing itself of the longer term of 180 days, allowed by art. 2364, second paragraph, of the Civil Code for companies that prepare consolidated financial statements and provided for by art. 7 of the Articles of Association.

This decision was based on the need to wait for the definition and elaboration of some informative disclosures to be included in the 2024 Annual Financial Report, in order to support a better and more precise illustration to the market and third parties of the financial situation of the Company and the Group, as well as their respective management prospects. In particular, the Company reports that discussions are currently in progress with the main financial institutions and the controlling shareholder in order to consolidate the elements underlying the coverage of the Group's financial requirements.

In consideration of the aforementioned, the Board of Directors resolved to postpone the related corporate events, as depicted in the table below.
