Morrow Bank ASA: Minutes from the Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Morrow Bank ASA was held today, on Thursday 10 April 2025. All proposals on the agenda were adopted in accordance with the proposals in the notice dated 20 March 2025.

The minutes from the general meeting are attached to this notice and also available at ir.morrowbank.com.

Niklas Midby is elected as chairman of the board for a period of 2 years, Bodil Hollingsæter is re-elected as deputy chairman of the board for a period of 2 years. Kristian K.F. Huseby is re-elected as a board member for a period of 2 years. Anna-Karin Celsing is elected as a new board member for 1 year. Carl-Åke Nilson is elected as a new Board Member for a period of 2 years.

Mr. Midby has served as an ordinary member of the bank’s Board of Directors since the end of November 2024 and is also chairman of the board of Morrow Bank ASA’s Swedish subsidiary which is expected to become the surviving entity following the planned redomiciliation to Sweden. He has extensive and relevant board experience from Norwegian and Swedish banks, including chairman of the board of Norwegian Sbanken ASA in the period 2015 -2022, chairman of Skandiabanken in Sweden 2011-2016, former deputy chairman of the board of Stockholmsbörsen in addition to a number of current and previous board positions in finance/PE/investment companies.
