STOREBRAND ASA - Annual General Meeting 2025 concluded

The annual general meeting of Storebrand ASA on 9 April 2025 adopted, by the

required majority, all of the proposals of the Board of Directors and Nomination

Committee as they were worded in the notice of the general meeting, dated and

distributed on 17 March 2025. The minutes from the general meeting are enclosed

as appendices to this notice.
