AutoStore Holdings Ltd. - Grants of RSUs to board members

(Nedre Vats, 8 April 2025): Reference is made to the special general meeting

held in AutoStore Holdings Ltd. ("AutoStore" or the "Company", OSE: AUTO) on 27

October 2023, where it was resolved that board of directors not employees of any

of the major shareholders (as defined therein) would be remunerated with, inter

alia, restricted stock units ("RSUs") for an amount equal to NOK 450,000 per

year.

In accordance with the decision made at the special general meeting, board

members Hege Skryseth, Kjersti Wiklund, Andreas Hansson, and Viveka Ekberg, have

today formally been granted a total of 178,748 RSUs, as detailed in the attached

forms. The RSUs will vest over a period of two years, and thus the RSUs will be

vested by 27 October 2026. The total RSU grant has been calculated based on the

market price of the Company's shares on 27 October 2024, as quoted at close of

the Oslo Stock Exchange on 25 October 2024.
