Publication of the lists of candidates for the appointment of Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors during the General Shareholders' Meeting convened for 29 April 2025

Bologna, 8 April 2025 – With regards to Aeroporto Guglielmo Marconi di Bologna S.p.A. ("AdB") Extraordinary and Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting, convened in a single call for April 29, 2025, at 11.00 a.m., at the registered office in Via Triumvirato 84, Bologna, in order to deliberate, amongst other things, the appointment of the members of Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors, the company informs that the following lists for the renewal of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors were submitted by the scheduled deadline of April 4, 2025, with the required documentation and accompanying information.

A. Lists submitted for the appointment of the Board of Directors

(1) List submitted by the shareholder Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts of Bologna, owner of 44.06% of the capital of AdB:

Aeroporto Guglielmo Marconi di Bologna S.p.A. takes this opportunity to announce that, in relation to the designations of the members of the Board of Statutory Auditors of competence, respectively, of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, to date the relevant designations have not been received yet.

Bologna's Guglielmo Marconi Airport, which is classified as a "strategic airport" in the Central-Northern area under the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport's National Airport Plan, reported over 10.7 million passengers in 2024, making it Italy's seventh largest airport by passenger numbers (Source: Assaeroporti, Aeroporti 2030).
