FILING OF THE LISTS FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Verona, 7 th April 2025 - REVO Insurance S.p.A. ("REVO" or the "Company"), with reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened in a single call for 28th April 2025, announces that it has made available to the public at its registered office, on the Company's website www.revoinsurance.com, under the section Corporate Governance / Shareholders' Meeting, and on the information storage mechanism authorized by CONSOB called , the dossier of candidates' lists including information concerning the sole list of candidates received for the appointment of the Company's Board of Directors, as submitted by the shareholder REVO Advisory S.r.l., holder of 6,47% of REVO total share capital, which includes the following candidates:

• − n. 1 Andrea Beltratti, candidate for the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors;
• − n. 2 Alberto Minali, candidate for the position of Chief Executive Officer;
• − n. 3 Federica Seganti, candidate for the position of member of the Board of Directors;
• − n. 4 Elena Pistone, candidate for the position of member of the Board of Directors;
• − n. 5 Annapaola Negri-Clementi, candidate for the position of member of the Board of Directors;
• − n. 6 Claudio Giraldi, candidate for the position of member of the Board of Directors;
• − n. 7 Martino Meneghini, candidate for the position of member of the Board of Directors.

Accordingly, an updated template for the voting instructions to be given to the Exclusive Designated Representative has also been made available at the registered office and on the website.
