AMENDMENT OF THE 2025 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

Attica Holdings S.A. (hereinafter the "Company"), in accordance with the provisions of Decision 25/15.04.2024 of the Athens Exchange, hereby informs the investment community that the scheduled date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2025, as initially disclosed in the Company's 2025 Financial Calendar dated 10.03.2025, is subject to amendment. The revised date will be duly communicated through a subsequent announcement of the Company.
