Milano, 7 aprile 2025 – Si rende noto che sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della società (www.gruppoa2a.it), nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato ():

• la relazione finanziaria annuale, comprendente il progetto di bilancio separato di A2A S.p.A. e il bilancio consolidato del Gruppo A2A al 31 dicembre 2024, unitamente alla relazione sulla gestione, comprensiva della rendicontazione di sostenibilità, ed alle attestazioni di cui all'art. 154-bis, commi 5 e 5-ter, del Decreto Legislativo 24 febbraio 1998, n. 58;
• le relazioni redatte dalla società di revisione legale e dal Collegio Sindacale, nonché la relazione sul governo societario e gli assetti proprietari per l'esercizio 2024;
• la Relazione sulla politica in materia di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti – anno 2025.

Milan, Aprile 7, 2025 – It is noted that

• the annual financial report, including A2A S.p.A. draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements of A2A Group for the year ended December 31st, 2024, together with the management report (including the Sustainability Report) and the certifications pursuant to article 154–bis, paragraphs 5 and 5-ter, of the Legislative Decree February 24th, 1998, No. 58;
• the reports of the external auditors and of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the report on corporate governance and ownership structure for the year 2024;
• the report on the remuneration policy and remuneration paid year 2025

are available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the website of A2A (www.gruppoa2a.it) and on the website of the authorized storage mechanism ().
