Roma, 4 aprile 2025 – La Relazione finanziaria annuale 2024 (che comprende il progetto di bilancio di esercizio, il bilancio consolidato, inclusa la relazione sulla gestione - nella quale è contenuta la sezione relativa alla Rendicontazione di Sostenibilità (RdS), redatta ai sensi del Decreto Legislativo n. 125/2024 (in attuazione della Direttiva Europea 2022/2464/UE) - l'attestazione di cui all'articolo 154-bis, comma 5, del Decreto Legislativo 24 febbraio 1998 n. 58, la relazione del Collegio Sindacale e la Relazione della società di revisione), la Relazione sul governo societario e gli assetti proprietari ai sensi dell'articolo 123-bis del Decreto Legislativo 24 febbraio 1998 n. 58, la Relazione sulla Politica di Remunerazione 2025 e sui compensi corrisposti 2024 ai sensi dell'articolo 123-ter del Decreto Legislativo 24 febbraio 1998 n. 58 e l'Annual Report 2024 ¹ sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede della Società in Roma, Piazzale Enrico Mattei, 1, nell'apposita sezione del sito internet della Società (www.eni.com, sezione Documentazione) e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio centralizzato autorizzato da Consob denominato – consultabile all'indirizzo .

La Relazione finanziaria annuale è stata predisposta in formato ESEF (European Single Electronic Format) ai sensi della Direttiva Transparency in base ai principi dettati dal Regolamento Delegato UE 2019/815.

Rome, 4 April 2025 – The Eni's Annual report 2024 (Italian Edition) (including the draft financial statements of the parent company, the consolidated financial statements, the management's report which includes the Sustainability Statement pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 125/2024 (transposing Directive 2022/2464/EU) - the certification pursuant to article 154-bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree 58/1998, the report of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the report of the external auditors), the Report on corporate governance and shareholding structure pursuant to article 123-bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998, the Report on the 2025 Remuneration Policy and remuneration paid 2024 pursuant to article 123-ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998 and the Annual Report 2024 1 are available at the Company's Registered Office in Rome, Piazzale Enrico Mattei, 1, at the Company's website (www.eni.com, section Publications) and at the centralized storage service authorised by Consob called – which can be consulted on the website .
