The board of directors of Aquila Holdings ASA has approved the financial statements for 2024 for both the group and the parent company. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with IFRS. There are no changes to the financial statements compared with the preliminary results published 20 February 2025.

In addition, the company presents its remuneration report for 2023.
