PUBLICATION OF THE DOCUMENTATION FOR THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING CALLED FOR 17 APRIL 2025

Vimercate (MB) 3 April 2025 – Esprinet S.p.A. ("Esprinet" or the "Company") announces that, with reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened on single call for 17 April 2025, today, the documentation relating to the proposal made has been made available to the public, with reference to item no. 4 on the agenda "Integration of the Board of Statutory Auditors pursuant to art. 2401 of the Civil Code: 4.1 appointment of a statutory auditor; 4.2 appointment, if necessary, of an alternate auditor", by the shareholder Axopa S.r.l. with registered office in Milan, Via Principe Amedeo no. 3, tax code and registration number with the Milan Monza-Brianza Lodi Companies Register 11221770966, holder, as of today, of a total of 6,786,793 Esprinet ordinary shares (equal to 13.46% of the share capital of the same).
