by MPC Container Ships ASA on 25 September 2024 regarding its successful

placement of a senior unsecured sustainability-linked bond of USD 125 million

and 20 March 2025 regarding its successful placement of USD 75 million tap

issue.

MPC Container Ships ASA is pleased to announce that its senior unsecured

sustainability-linked bonds 2024/2029 of USD 200 million with ISIN

NO0013355248 is listed on Euronext Oslo Børs as of today. The listing
