The Management Board of B-Act S.A. with its registered office inBydgoszcz ("Issuer"), in reference to ESPI report No. 3/2025 dated March12, 2025 regarding the conclusion of an agreement by a consortiumconsisting of: the Issuer as a consortium partner and TransprojektGdański sp. z o.o. as the consortium leader ("Consortium") to performthe function of Contract Engineer, hereby announces that on April 2,2025, the Consortium participants concluded an implementation agreementin which the Issuer's share in the remuneration for the performance ofthe indicated contract was established. Based on the concludedagreement, the Issuer's share will be 60%. According to ESPI report No.3/2025, the Consortium will receive a lump sum remuneration of PLN9,203,721.00 gross.
