B.F. S.p.A. notifies the change to the financial calendar for the year 2025 published on 30 January 2025:

Board of Directors for the approval of the draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements at 31 December 2024	April 24th
Annual Shareholders' Meeting for approval of the financial statements at 31 December 2024	June 5th
Board of Directors for the approval of the half-year financial report at 30 June 2025	September 30th
