Brussels, 02 April 2025 – Immobel announces the sale of the Proximus building and environmental permit, obtained in 2024, along with the related intellectual property rights, to Nextensa for EUR 18 million (excluding VAT). This transaction follows Immobel's decision not to exercise the call option on the Proximus Towers (communicated in August 2024) and its efforts to optimise the recovery of the related impairment charge.
This transaction will generate a net profit of EUR 18 million for Immobel in 2025, or EUR 1.76 per share.
Immobel wishes Nextensa every success with the redevelopment of the existing Proximus site.
