Burkhalter Group takes over engineering office for energy consulting and building technology planning in Visp (Canton of Valais, VS)
The Burkhalter Group will acquire Mathieu Ingenieure AG in Visp (VS) with effect from 1 April 2025. The company employs seven people and generates annual sales of around CHF 1.5 million.
Mathieu Ingenieure AG has been operating successfully in the regional market since 1994 and specialises in the energy sector and the planning of building technology systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary facilities. The company will continue to operate as an independent Group company of Burkhalter Holding Ltd under the current management of Maliqi Bafti. The name Mathieu Ingenieure AG, Ingenieurbüro für Energieberatung & Gebäudetechnikplanung HLKS will be retained and all employees will be kept on.
