Transfer of shares in long-term incentive program

Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (KONGSBERG) has today transferred a total of 11 671 own shares at a price of NOK 1154,86 per share in connection with the long-term incentive program (LTI) for senior management and key employees. The price has been set in accordance with the guidelines in the long-term intensive program and based on the purchase price KONGSBERG achieved in the market. There is a three-year lock-in period for the shares.

This notification and attached document provide an overview of primary insiders and related parties who have purchased shares through the program.
