Deposit of the proposal to redetermine the number of Directors

Florence, April 1, 2025 - With reference to the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, which will be held in a single call on April 16, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. (EXM: SFER) announces that the majority shareholder Ferragamo Finanziaria S.p.A. (holder of approximately 54.276% of the Company's share capital and 66.009% of the voting rights) has filed with respect to item 2 on the agenda - the proposal to reduce the number of members of the Board of Directors from 10 (ten) to 9 (nine).

The aforementioned proposal to redetermine the number of Directors, accompanied by the documentation and information required by applicable laws, has been made available to the public as of today's date, at the Company's registered office in Florence, Via Tornabuoni 2, at the eMarket STORAGE mechanism at https:// and on the Company's website at https://group.ferragamo.com in the Governance/Shareholders' Meeting/2025 Section.

Any further proposals that may be received within the terms indicated in the notice of call will be promptly made available to the public.
