Rosenbauer International AG: Ad-hoc - Christian Reisinger appointed new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Rosenbauer

At today's constituent meeting of the Supervisory Board of Rosenbauer International AG, Christian Reisinger was appointed as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He succeeds Jörg Astalosch, who stepped down from his position at the last Extraordinary General Meeting and left the Supervisory Board. Former members Bernhard Matzner and Martin Zehnder are also leaving the Supervisory Board with him.

At the Extraordinary General Meeting, Friedrich Roithner, Gernot Hofer and Florian Hutter were newly elected to the Supervisory Board. Gernot Hofer will act as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board in future.
