FILING OF THE INTEGRATED FINANCIAL REPORT 2024 AND THE DOCUMENTATION FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF APRIL 30, 2025

Colleferro (Rome), March 31, 2025 – Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or the "Company") announces that the Annual Financial Report, including the Consolidated Financial Statements as of 31 December 2024, the Separate Financial Statements as of 31 December 2024, the Directors' Report integrated with the Sustainability Report, the statements as per art. 154-bis, paragraph 5 and 5-ter of Legislative Decree n° 58 of February 24th 1998 ("CFA"), in addition to the reports drawn up by the independent audit firm and by the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Remuneration policy and report, and the Corporate Governance and ownership structure report, are available to the public at the registered office at via Bissolati 76, Rome, on the Company's website (www.avio.com, Section "Investors/Shareholders' Meeting 2025") and at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().
