Financial Calendar 2025

Akritas SA in accordance with article 4.1.1 of Athens Stock Regulation, announces the Financial Calendar 2025:

1) Press Release and Publication of the Annual Financial Report 2024, April 29th 2025, before the opening of the Athex trading session.

2) Annual Shareholders Meeting, June 19th 2025

3) Press Release and Publication of the Semi Annual Financial Report 2025, September 29th , before the opening of the Athex trading session

The Company's Board of Directors shall not propose the distribution of a dividend at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2024.

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, after informing the investing community, by amending this document in accordance with the provisions of ATHEX Regulation.
