Banco BPI, S.A. hereby informs that its sole shareholder CaixaBank, S.A. by unanimous written resolution approved the Directors' Report, the accounts and the other Banco BPI accounting documents for the 2024 fiscal year, as well as Banco BPI Board of Directors proposal for a dividend distribution of 446 033 103,00 euros with respect to the 2024 results.
