NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE REMAINING DOCUMENTATION FOR THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF APRIL 29, 2025

Santa Maria di Sala (Venice, Italy), March 28, 2025 – Piovan S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that, today, the remaining part of the documentation for the Shareholders' Meeting called for April 29, 2025 at 10.30 a.m. has been made available at the Company's registered office, on the corporate website (www.piovan.com), "Investors/Investor Relations/Shareholders' Meeting" section, as well as on the authorized storage mechanism at .

More specifically, in addition to the documentation published on March 21, 2025, the Annual Integrated Report, including the Draft Separate Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements at December 31, 2024, approved by the Board of Directors on March 20, 2025, the Directors' Report, which includes the corporate sustainability reporting, and the certification pursuant to Article 154-bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree no. 58 of February 24, 1998 (the "CFA"), together with the Board of Statutory Auditors' Report and the Independent Auditors' Reports are available to the public (Italian version also available in ESEF format).

Moreover, the Report on the policy regarding remuneration and fees paid, prepared by the Board of Directors pursuant to Article 123-ter of the CFA and Article 84-quater of Consob Regulation No. 11971/1999, and the Corporate governance and ownership structure Report pursuant to Article 123-bis of CFA have also been made available.
