INFORMATIVA SETTIMANALE IN MERITO AL PIANO DI ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE
Todi, 28 Marzo 2025 – ELES Semiconductor Equipment S.p.A., (la "Società", il "Gruppo") società quotata su Euronext Growth Milan, e fornitore mondiale di soluzioni per il test dei dispositivi a semiconduttore (IC Integrated Circuits) con applicazioni Automotive e Mission Critical, con riferimento al piano di buyback di azioni proprie deliberato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti in data 14 giugno 2024 (l'"Assemblea"), il cui avvio è stato approvato dal Consiglio di Amministrazione del 10 ottobre 2024 (il "Programma di Buyback"), informa di aver acquistato, nella settimana dal 24 al 28 Marzo 2025 compresi, complessive n. 42.000 azioni ordinarie, pari allo 0,24% del capitale sociale, al prezzo medio di Euro 1,73 per azione, per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 72.515,00.
Nel periodo tra il 28 ottobre 2024 e il 26 marzo 2025 compresi, la Società ha acquisito il controvalore massimo possibile delle azioni ordinarie acquistabili in base al Programma di Buyback.
Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite di MIT SIM S.p.A. - intermediario incaricato in piena indipendenza ed autonomia per l'attuazione del programma di Buyback - nel rispetto delle applicabili disposizioni di legge e di regolamento e secondo le modalità, termini e condizioni contenute nell'autorizzazione all'acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, conferite dall'Assemblea. Di seguito il dettaglio degli acquisti effettuati su base giornaliera e in allegato, in forma dettagliata, le operazioni compiute nel suddetto periodo.

WEEKLY REPORT ON THE TREASURY SHARE BUYBACK PLAN
Todi, March 28, 2025 – ELES Semiconductor Equipment S.p.A., (the "Company", the "Group") a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, and a worldwide provider of semiconductor device test solutions (IC Integrated Circuits) with Automotive and Mission Critical applications, with reference to the share buyback plan resolved by the Shareholders' Meeting on June 14, 2024 (the "Shareholders' Meeting"), the launch of which was approved by the Board of Directors on October 10, 2024 (the "Buyback Program"), informsthat it has purchased, in the week from March 24 to March 28, 2025 inclusive, a total of n. 42,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.24% of the share capital, at an average price of Euros 1.73 per share, for a total countervalue of euros 72,515.00.
In the period from October 28, 2024 to March 26, 2025 inclusive, the Company has purchased the maximum possible value of the ordinary shares that can be purchased under the Buyback Program.
The purchases were carried out through MIT SIM S.p.A. - an intermediary appointed in full independence and autonomy for the implementation of the Buyback program - in compliance with the applicable provisions of the law and regulations and in accordance with the terms, terms and conditions contained in the authorization for the purchase and disposition of treasury shares, granted by the Shareholders' Meeting. Below are details of the purchases made on a daily basis and attached, in detailed form, are the transactions carried out during the aforementioned period.
