(la "Società") informa che la relazione del Rappresentante Comune degli Azionisti di risparmio sui punti 1 e 2 all'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea Speciale degli Azionisti di risparmio è disponibile presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società (www.saipem.com | Sezione "Assemblea degli Azionisti" – "Assemblea Speciale Azionisti di Risparmio 2025"), nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" ().
