Gofore Plc’s new shares registered in the Trade Register

As previously announced, Gofore Plc has decided to allocate shares based on the employee stock savings program CrewShare for the savings period 2024-2025, following a directed share issue on 19 March 2025, to provide the shares acquired with savings.

A total of 39,572 new shares have been registered in the trade register today, 28 March 2025. After the payment of rewards and the registration of new shares, the total number of the company's shares is 15,742,834.

The subscription price of the shares, 765,670.14 euros, will be fully recorded in the company's invested unrestricted equity fund.

The new shares are expected to be listed for trading on the main list of Nasdaq Helsinki Oy on Monday, 31 March 2025.
