Verona, 28 th March 2025 - REVO Insurance S.p.A. ("REVO" or the "Company") announces that it has made available to the public at its registered office, on the Company's website www.revoinsurance.com, under the section Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meeting and on the information storage mechanism authorized by CONSOB called , (i) the Report on remuneration policies 2025 and payments 2024 and the relevant Board of Directors' Report concerning item 2 on the Shareholders' General meeting agenda, as well as (ii) the Board of Directors Report relating to the Item 3 on the Shareholders'General meeting agenda concerning the Compensation Plan 2025 with the relevant Information Document issued pursuant to Article 114 - bis of TUF and Article 84-bis of Consob Issurers Regulation.
