NOTICE OF FILING OF DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 17 APRIL 2025

Vimercate (Monza e Brianza), 27 March 2025 – Esprinet S.p.A informs that are available at the Company registered office and on the authorised storage mechanism at the internet site the Annual Financial Statements as at 31 December 2024 (including the Consolidated Sustainability Report) complete with the required certifications, the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Independent Auditors' Reports.

The Annual Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structures pursuant to Article 123 bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998 (Consolidated Law on Finance), as well as the Report on the Remuneration Policy and Compensation Paid 2025 pursuant to Article 123-ter of the Consolidated Law on Finance, are published in the same way and filed at the registered office.
