CLOSING OF THE NINTH CONVERSION PERIOD OF THE BOND LOAN DENOMINATED "YOLO GROUP CONVERTIBLE 5% 2022-2025"
Milan, 27 March 2025 - YOLO Group S.p.A. ("YOLO" or the "Company") one of the leading players in the Italian insurtech market of digital insurance services listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announces that today the Ninth Conversion Period of the bond convertible into YOLO ordinary shares named 'Yolo Group Convertibile 5% 2022-2025' (ISIN code IT0005503856) ended, during which no requests for conversion into shares were submitted by Bondholders.
Details of the Convertible Bonds still outstanding are set out below:

YOLO Group is an insurtech company, among the leading ones in Italy and with a presence abroad, with two lines of offerings: services to enable digital distribution of insurance products from insurance companies, banks, and retailers (e.g., utilities and large retailers); and direct distribution of insurance products made in collaboration with companies.
