("THE COMPANY")
The Company was notified on 25 March 2025 that Graham McDonald, Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 2,381 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company, through participation in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 51.10 pence per Ordinary share. As a result of this purchase, Mr McDonald's aggregate holding of shares in the Company is 57,130 Ordinary shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company was also notified on 25 March 2025 that Timothy Farazmand, Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 8,403 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company, through participation in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 51.10 pence per Ordinary share. As a result of this purchase, Mr Farazmand's aggregate holding of shares in the Company is 201,651 Ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
