DATALOGIC (Star: DAL) PUBBLICATION OF DOCUMENTATION

Bologna, March 27, 2025 - The Company announces that today the following documents has been made available to the public on the website - www.datalogic.com:

• the Annual Financial Report as of 31 December 2024, including the Draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements as of 31 December 2024, with the Directors' Report on Operations, including the Sustainability Report, and the required certifications;
• the Reports of the independent auditors;
• the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors to the Shareholders' Meeting;
• the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure pursuant to art. 123-bis of the TUF;
• the notice of call for the Shareholders' Meeting of Datalogic S.p.A. on 6 May 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in a single call exclusively through the designed representative;
• an extract of the aforementioned notice of call, published today on the Milano Finanza newspaper;
• the explanatory report of the Board of Directors on the items on the agenda of the Meeting;
• the Information Document drawn up pursuant to art. 114-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 and art. 84-bis of the regulation adopted by Consob with resolution no. 11971 of 14 May 1999 and subsequent amendments and additions;
• the voting proxy forms in favor of the designated representative.

These documents are also available at the registered office of the Company and at the authorized storage system eMarket Storage, .

Further documents relating to the Shareholders' meeting agenda will be made available to the public by filing at the registered office of the company, by publishing on the company website and by storing on the storage system eMarket Storage (), in accordance with the terms set by the applicable laws and regulations.
