The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. (_quot;the Bank_quot;) herebypublishes the selected, preliminary, unaudited financial information ofSantander Bank Polska Group (_quot;the Group_quot;) for the quarter and the yearended 31 December 2024 (_quot;Selected Information_quot;), which is attached tothis report as Annex 1.

The Bank also publishes the presentation of the selected financialinformation of Santander Bank Polska Group for 2024 (_quot;Presentation ofthe Selected Information_quot;), which is attached to this report as Annex 2.
