Adam Kędzierski - w Grupie Benefit Systems od ponad 16 lat, od marca 2009 roku budował biznes kart sportowych MultiSport w Benefit Systems S.A. w Polsce oraz był odpowiedzialny za relacje z Partnerami MultiSport, w 2010 uruchomił model biznesowy MultiSport na pierwszym rynku zagranicznym – w Czechach. Wspierał ekspansję MultiSport na kolejnych rynkach – Słowacji, Bułgarii, Chorwacji, a ostatnio Turcji. Począwszy od roku 2013 pełnił funkcję członka zarządu w Benefit Systems, będąc odpowiedzialnym za segment kart sportowych, segment zagranica oraz dział relacji z klientami i partnerami. W okresie 2013 – 2015 był członkiem rady nadzorczej MyBenefit Sp. z o.o. Wcześniej, jako Dyrektor Działu Handlowego w Benefit Systems odpowiadał za politykę handlową spółki, w tym za opracowywanie strategii i planów sprzedaży, a także ich realizację. Od roku 2018 skupił się na ekspansji zagranicznej i został powołany na stanowisko prezesa Benefit Systems International sp. z o.o. Rozwija zagraniczny rynek operacji MultiSport, który stanowi dziś istotną część przychodu i zysku Grupy Benefit Systems. Jest absolwentem Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego (Wydział Prawa i Administracji, Stosunki Międzynarodowe – europeistyka, Nauczycielskie Kolegium Języka Angielskiego), jak również programu MBA realizowanego przez Szkołę Główną Handlową oraz University of Minnesota. Uczestnik międzynarodowych programów szkoleniowych realizowanych przez INSEAD oraz IMD. Absolwent Szkoły Trenerów Matrik oraz Szkoły Negocjacji.

Adam Kędzierski - in the Benefit Systems Group for over 16 years, since March 2009 he has been building the MultiSport sports card business at Benefit Systems S.A. in Poland and was responsible for relations with MultiSport Partners, in 2010 he launched the MultiSport business model on the first foreign market - the Czech Republic. He supported the expansion of MultiSport into new markets - Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia and most recently Turkey. Starting from 2013, he served as a member of the management board at Benefit Systems, responsible for the sports cards segment, the foreign segment and the customer and partner relations department. In the period 2013 - 2015 he was a member of the supervisory board of MyBenefit Sp. z o. o. Previously, as the Director of the Commercial Department at Benefit Systems, he was responsible for the commercial policy of the company, including the development of strategies and sales plans, as well as their implementation. From 2018, he focused on foreign expansion and was appointed president of Benefit Systems International sp. z o.o.. He is developing the foreign market for MultiSport operations, which today constitutes a significant part of Benefit Systems Group revenue and profits. He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw (Faculty of Law and Administration, International Relations - European Studies, Teachers' College of English), as well as the MBA program conducted by the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Minnesota. Participant of international training programs conducted by INSEAD and IMD. A graduate of the Matrik Trainers School and the Negotiation School.
