Intention of the Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. regarding thepayment of dividends for 2024

Content of the report: The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (the"Bank") hereby informs that it has adopted a resolution regarding theintention to pay in the form of dividends approx. 50% of the profitgenerated in the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024.

As at the date of this report, the Bank meets the criteria andrequirements of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority ("PFSA")enabling the payment of up to 50% of the profit for 2024 in the form ofdividends, although the Bank has not yet received an individual dividendrecommendation from the PFSA for 2025 confirming the possibility of adividend payment at this level.

The exact amount of the dividend for 2024 will be indicated afterobtaining the individual dividend recommendation referred to above and apositive assessment from the Bank's Supervisory Board for the Bank'sManagement Board's motion for the Bank's Annual General Meeting to adopta resolution on the method of distribution of profit for the financialyear 2024.
