Subject: Information on the results of impairment tests

Legal basis: Article 17 (1) of MAR - inside information

The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") hereby informs that on 18March 2025 it received the information about the results of impairmenttests of Energa Group's (the "Group") fixed assets, which were conductedas at 31 December 2024 in accordance with IAS 36.

The results of the abovementioned tests indicated the necessity tocreate the impairment losses in the total amount of approximately PLN0.43 billion. Out of this amount, approximately PLN 0.36 billion isattributable to RES assets in the area of electricity generation, forwhich the Group made binding transaction decisions in 2023. Theremaining part of the impairment losses relates mainly to coal andheating assets.

The above events are of a non-cash nature. They will decrease the profitbefore tax for 2024 of the Energa Group by approximately PLN 0.43billion without affecting the EBITDA result (operating profit beforeamortization and impairment of fixed assets).

The financial data presented are estimates and are subject to review bythe auditor, therefore they may change. The final results of the testsand amounts of impairment losses will be presented in the consolidatedfinancial statements of the Energa Group for 2024.
