Notice of Dividend Amount • Mar 24, 2025

Accordingto the Management Board's best estimate, the proposed dividend amount,taking into account Company's own shares to be allocated as part of thesettlement of incentive programs by the dividend record date, translatesinto a dividend of PLN 15.73 per share.

Thisestimate is based on the assumption that the number of shares entitledto receive the dividend will amount to 6,359,865 (in words: six millionthree hundred fifty-nine thousand eight hundred sixty-five) shares, outof the Company's total of 6,476,000 shares, i.e., excluding theCompany's own shares held by the Company on the dividend record date.

Inthe justification of the motion, the Management Board indicates that thecurrent stable financial position of the Company and the intention toprovide shareholders with a greater share in the Company's profitssupport the decision to allocate a portion of retained earnings todividend payment.

TheManagement Board proposes setting the dividend record date for June 20,2025, and the dividend payment date for June 27, 2025, in accordancewith the requirements of generally applicable law and the regulations ofthe Central Securities Depository of Poland (KDPW).

Themotion regarding the distribution of profit for 2024 and the payment ofdividend to shareholders will be reviewed by the Company's SupervisoryBoard. The final decision on the distribution of profit for thefinancial year ended December 31, 2024, and the payment of dividend tothe Company's shareholders will be made by the Ordinary General Meetingof the Company.
