The amount of contribution to the bank restructuring fund run by theBank Guarantee FundIn connection with the information receivedfrom the Bank Guarantee Fund, the Management Board of Alior Bank S.A.(the "Bank") informs that the Bank is obliged to pay a contribution tothe resolution fund due for 2025, including adjustments to thecontributions for 2023 and 2024 in the amount of: PLN 63 805 800.45.
The Bank's Management Board informs that the contribution to the bankrestructuring fund will be recognized in the results of the firstquarter of 2025.
