Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting

MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. announces that today the board of directors has resolved to call an extraordinary general shareholders' Meeting ("EGM") to be held on 7 May 2025 at 3:00 p.m. CEST at Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (Schiphol Boulevard No. 701), during which shareholders will be asked to discuss and resolve on the items included in the agenda and further developed in the explanatory notes for the EGM.

In this regard, MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. has published the following documents for the EGM:

• (i) agenda and explanatory notes;
• (ii) proxy form.
