A NEW PRESTIGIOUS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT SIGNED WITH "IL FORO ITALIANO" MAGAZINE

THE ESTIMATED REVENUE FROM THE NEW PARTNERSHIP IS APPROXIMATELY EUR 1 MILLION

Milan, 26 March 2025 – Simone S.p.A. ("Simone" or the "Company"), a company operating in the publishing sector, listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announces that it has reached an agreement with Il Foro Italiano S.r.l., a publishing company specialised in legal information, for the distribution of the magazine "Il Foro Italiano".

The agreement includes two distinct execution phases. In the first, ready-to-launch, the distribution of the magazine in print format is planned through Simone's production and distribution chain. In the second phase, the agreement will be more clearly defined and will also cover the distribution of digital products. It is estimated that, when fully implemented, the contract will generate total sales for Simone (including print and digital distribution) of around EUR 1 million from the next season ticket campaign in 2026.

Il Foro Italiano is one of Italy's oldest legal magazines, founded in Rome in 1876. Particularly appreciated by lawyers, judges, and legal professionals, it deals with all branches of law, providing commentaries and case law notes in particular on civil, criminal, administrative, European Union, and foreign law.
