COMUNICAZIONE DI CAMBIAMENTO SOSTANZIALE DEGLI AZIONISTI SIGNIFICATIVI

Torino (TO), 25 marzo 2025 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. SB (Ticker OSA), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori (la "Società" o "Osai"), rende noto, anche ai sensi dell'articolo 17 del Regolamento Emittenti Euronext Growth Milan, di aver ricevuto, in data odierna, comunicazione, da parte dell'azionista Eiffel Investment Group, in merito alla riduzione della propria partecipazione al capitale sociale della Società al di sotto della soglia significativa del 5% avvenuta in data 14 marzo 2025.

A seguito della recente operazione di cessione Eiffel Investment Group dichiara di detenere n. 780.916 azioni ordinarie, pari al 4,84% del capitale sociale.

Sulla base delle comunicazioni pervenute dagli azionisti e delle informazioni ad oggi a disposizione della Società, ai sensi dell'art. 26 del Regolamento Emittenti Euronext Growth Milan, la Società comunica che l'attuale azionariato di Osai risulta essere il seguente:

OSAI AUTOMATION SYSTEM S.P.A SOCIETÀ BENEFIT

DISCLOSURE OF SUBSTANTIAL CHANGES IN SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDERS

Turin (TO), March 25th, 2025 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. SB (Ticker OSA), a company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, (the "Company" or "Osai"), announces that, also pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, it has received notice today from the shareholder Eiffel Investment Group regarding the reduction of its shareholding in the Company's share capital below the significant threshold of 5% on 14 March 2025.

Following the recent sale of the Company, Eiffel Investment Group declares that it holds 780,916 ordinary shares, equal to 4.84% of the share capital.

According to the communications received from the shareholders and the information available to the Company to date, pursuant to art. 26 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, the Company announces that Osai's current shareholding structure is as follows:
