Notice is hereby given that, also in view of the Shareholders' Meeting scheduled to be held on June 24, 2025 and which will be convened within the terms and according to the procedures set forth by law, the English versions of the Annual Financial Report as of December 31, 2024 pursuant to Art. 154-ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998 (including the draft Financial Statements of TIM S.p.A. and the Consolidated Financial Statements of the TIM Group as of December 31, 2024, the Report on Operations - including the Sustainability Report pursuant to Legislative Decree 125/2024 - as well as the prescribed certifications) together with the Independent Auditors' Report, the Board of Statutory Auditors' Report and the Report on Corporate Governance and Share Ownership Pursuant to Art. 123-bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998 (all the above documents already published in Italian language on March 24, 2025), are now available to the public at the Company's registered office as well as at the authorised storage mechanism (ww..it).

The Annual Financial Report as of December 31, 2024 is also available on the Company's website at www.gruppotim.it in the section "investors/report-presentations/financialreports", while the Report on Corporate Governance and Share Ownership is available in the "group/governance/governance-tools/corporate-governance-report" section of the website.
